As a Senior Executive within the Operations department of the organization, you will be responsible for performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. This will involve verifying transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Your key responsibilities will include checking bank statements, creating records in the system, reviewing merchant deposits, mapping transactions, reporting errors or gaps to managers, and utilizing your reconciliation and settlement knowledge effectively. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in any stream and exhibit traits such as discipline, performance orientation, and outcome-driven mindset. Working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with peers are essential aspects of this position. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, take ownership of tasks, drive them to completion, and have at least 2 years of experience in the Fintech industry. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also required. Your contribution to the finance teams, reconciliation reporting, and audit support will be crucial in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance within the organization.
