Job Description
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime Accounting software.
- Daily accounting of vouchers in the Purchase Register, Journal Register and Bank Book.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
- Daily reconciliation of Bank Statement with Bank Book.
- Handling of Vendor payments.
- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Handling of documentation for export, inward and import outward remittances with the bank.
- Following up on outstanding payments with clients.
- Knowledge of Branch or Division accounting entries would be a plus.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESI is required.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing tax returns.
- Coordinate with the CA for all accounting activities.
