Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior ESG Specialist at Environmental Management Centre Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Senior ESG Specialist will be responsible for mainstreaming sustainability principles into business strategies, conducting environmental and social due diligence, establishing management systems, and developing ESG frameworks. Qualifications Experience of at least 30 ESDD and 10 ESMS working with international investors and at 5 projects concerning ESG roadmapping with double materiality assessment Proven business development skiils with at least 30 million Rs of revenue per year Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and take leadership Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field preferably with degrees from overseas universities Certifications in ESG reporting or sustainability standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) are a plus,
