Job Description

A Senior engineers lead and manage engineering projects, and are responsible for technical excellence and project success. They have more experience and knowledge than other engineers on their team. Reporting Person is Project Manager. Responsibilities Project management: Oversee projects, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress Design and implementation: Develop and implement complex engineering solutions, including software programs and applications Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to the team Mentoring: Mentor and develop less experienced engineers Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, designers, and other departments Problem-solving: Formulate solutions to challenges that arise Resource allocation: Manage budgets, invest in new technologies, and ensure that human resources are utilized effectively Design plan management: Oversee the development and implementation of design plans Review and debug code: Take on more advanced tasks for each project, including coding or debugging other engineers" code. Skills- Good problem-solving abilities, Demonstrated experience in a similar role, Technical leadership, and Successful implementation of engineering solutions. ELIGIBILITY : 1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related field - minimum 2. Master Degree / Ph.D / industry specific certification - maximum 3.
