Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback Develop detailed Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) / Quality Plan (QAP) Perform test like Insulation Resistance (IR), High Voltage Test (HV), Temperature Rise Test, Mod Bus Protocol, Circuit Continuity Test current products and identify deficiencies Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved Identity issue if observed during customer inspection. Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction based on customer feedback during inspection. Identify key KPIs for product quality. Maintain Customer Inspection records Keep update with new testing tools in market.,
