The opportunity: Overview: As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Analyst and driving data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. This role requires a strong background in solving open-ended problem statements, data analytics, and excellent managerial skills. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts & provide exceptional client/customer experience Develop and implement solutions around open-ended problem statements around data sets and measure and improve the effectiveness of such solutions Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop frameworks and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability in accounts Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance team capabilities and deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience in people management, preferably managing a team of Business Analysts and client-facing/internal stakeholder-facing roles. Strong background in problem-solving and data analytics, including proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
