Qualifications: B.E. in Computer Science or IT / MCS / MCA or equivalent Job Overview: We are seeking for an fresher as well as an experienced professional proficient in designing and implementing solutions across various ServiceNow applications and modules. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in ITSM and CMDB. Knowledge of ITAM and ITOM is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team of ServiceNow developers and testers. Support and maintain all technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Develop both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM development. Work independently with minimal supervision. Test new and existing functionality. Document processes for new and existing workflows. Experience and Skills Required: 4 + years of experience in application development using the ServiceNow platform (development and administration). Strong expertise in ITSM and CMDB. Experience with the Now mobile app. Extensive experience in creating custom widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Server-side scripting, Jelly Script, and jQuery. Integration experience, including Active Directory, MID Server, and third-party tools using web services, SOAP, and REST. Experience with scoped applications and the Service Portal. Understanding of domain separation. Strong analytical, logical, communication, and problem-solving skills. ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. Nice to Have: ITIL certification. Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications. Familiarity with agile development methods, such as SCRUM.,
