Hiring For Data Platform Owner-Leading MNC Client International Banking Domain exp Required Exp-7+ Years Location-Bengalore Hybrid Mode Bachelor of Computer Science or Equivalent Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance industry or technology company Minimum 5 years professional experience in Data Warehouse and Analytics Knowledge/exposure to Modern Data Warehouse Architecture and Analytics platforms Agile working practices 5 years Data Engineering experience or analytics experience 2 years experience of DevOps, CI/CD 5 years experience of managing large team >10 Technical/Functional: Solid knowledge of Data Warehouse principles 5 years Experience of working with Databases (Oracle, PostgresSQL, MongoDB) 5 years Experience of working with Hadoop and HANA 4+ years of working experience with ETL tool, preferably Informatica. 3+ years Experience of implementing ML technologies Experience of working with Hadoop related tools e.g., Spark, Scoop 2 years Experience of working in Agile teams as part of a squad. 2-year Experience of technical aspects of Data Governance including glossary, metadata, data quality, master data management & data lifecycle management Managerial: Excellent communications, people management, coaching, leadership and strategic planning Team management experience for 10 plus staff members.
