The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience, with a focus on leveraging Tableau for data visualization and analysis. The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from large datasets, providing valuable business intelligence to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions. Translate complex data sets into meaningful and actionable insights for various stakeholders. 2. SQL Querying and Database Management: Proficiently write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and maintenance. 3. Tableau Visualization: Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends. Maintain and enhance existing Tableau visualizations to meet evolving business requirements. 4. Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. Implement data quality checks and suggest improvements to data collection processes. 5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non- technical stakeholders. 6. Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and tools related to data analysis. Proactively seek opportunities for skill development and knowledge enhancement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science). 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Tableau and SQL. Proficient in data visualization techniques and best practices using Tableau. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for data analysis. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
