Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of any degree from a recognized university. 3+ years of relevant experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. Proven experience in managing customer queries, feedback, and interactions efficiently. Skills & Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in both languages is mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
