What You'll Be Doing (Besides Crushing It Every Day): Crafting copy that makes hearts race and wallets openwhether its for digital campaigns, snazzy print ads, or those epic Super Bowl spots. Collaborating with our band of creative rebels (designers, strategists, and more) to brainstorm big ideas that make clients do a happy dance. Mentoring junior copywriters like a wise copysensei, guiding them to find their inner voice (and maybe even yours). Juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat (or a coffee cup). What Were Looking For: A minimum of 4-5 years of copywriting magic under your belt, preferably in an agency setting. A portfolio that makes us laugh, cry, and hit "share'show us your versatility! The uncanny ability to distill complex concepts into snappy, memorable messages. A knack for catching typos at a hundred paces (youre basically a human spell-checker, but cooler). A sense of humor as sharp as your pen (or keyboard). Perks & Quirks: A quirky office filled with like-minded creatives (and probably a couple of office plants named Bob).
