Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Client Acquisition

Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between potential clients and the organization,

managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting course offerings and

closing deals.


You will be expected to work with warm and semi-warm leads, handle objections with confidence, and deliver

a consultative experience that builds trust. This is not a cold-calling role; it requires maturity, sales tact, and

the ability to hold meaningful conversations about career growth, upskilling, and solution-oriented selling.

Your input will also help refine our sales scripts and outreach strategy as we scale.


Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone and WhatsApp.

- Qualify prospects and guide them through the onboarding funnel.

- Track communications and maintain detailed records using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with product and support teams to align client expectations.

- Achieve weekly KPIs related to follow-ups, conversions, and lead management.


Who Can Apply

- Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer engagement, or business development.

- Strong communication and persuasive skills with ability to close independently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and patience to handle premium leads.

- Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred.

- Must be Lucknow-based or ready to relocate for an in-office position.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: 16,000 18,000/month

- Monthly Incentives: 15,000 30,000 (Performance Based)

- Weekly Bonus: Up to 15,000

- On-time payments with no consultancy fee or third-party deduction.
