Responsibilities Supervise and lead the steward department, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation. Ensure high standards of customer service and oversee the handling of guest requests and issues. Train and mentor team members to uphold service excellence. Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies for service operations. Implement and enforce safety and health regulations. Prepare and manage schedules to ensure proper staffing levels. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or maritime operations. Proven track record of excellent leadership and team management. Strong understanding of safety and health regulations within the maritime industry. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
