Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions is vital. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and clients to drive repeat business is crucial. Market analysis to provide clients with relevant offers and opportunities is also part of the role. Converting leads into business is a primary goal. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to quickly engage customers and build rapport.
