Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES- 1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the products. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and meet business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and medical institutions. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in related field. 2. Proven track record of 5-8 years in sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building client relationships. 3. Experience in Generic business shall be preferred. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Excellent convincing and selling abilities, with a customer-centric approach. 6. Field experience in sales is highly desirable. 7. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 8. Willingness to travel as required. 9. The candidate should have good personality and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in any other regional languages will be an added advantage.
