Role Overview: The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions through data. You will work closely with leadership to analyze performance metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and streamline operations across sales, marketing, and product. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data related to sales, customer behavior, product performance, and operations. Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to guide leadership decisions. Identify business trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to improve performance and efficiency. Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and business modeling. Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or startup environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Solid understanding of business KPIs, customer analytics, and sales funnels.
