Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst and Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in both roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects. Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and objectives. Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Create detailed functional specifications and user stories. Communication: Effectively communicate business requirements to development teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Project Management: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project delivery. Project Execution: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
