Basic Qualification: As a Boomi Support Engineer, having 3-6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with technical issues related to the Boomi integration platform. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Familiarity with Boomi or similar integration tools or strong knowledge in Java/ APIs. Solid understanding of integration concepts, RESTful APIs, web services, and XML/JSON data formats. Experience working with databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in Boomi or integration technologies are a plus.
