Role Overview Were seeking an experienced and driven Senior Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in Hyperledger Fabric to architect, design, and implement robust enterprise-grade blockchain solutions. You will work on projects at the intersection of digital identity, decentralized applications, and public sector innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain applications using Hyperledger Fabric. Architect and implement chaincode (smart contracts) for various use cases involving identity, transactions, and verifiable records. Define network architecture, consensus protocols, access controls, and peer node configurations. Integrate blockchain modules with front-end interfaces, APIs, and off-chain services. Collaborate with solution architects, DevOps engineers, and project managers to align on development goals. Ensure performance optimization, data privacy, and security best practices within blockchain environments. Document system design, APIs, and smart contract workflows. Stay up to date with developments in enterprise blockchain and contribute to system upgrades and product innovations. Required Skills & Experience 56 years of total experience in software development with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Hyperledger Fabric. Expertise in writing chaincode using Go or Node.js. Proficient in Fabric CA, MSPs, ordering service, and channel configuration. Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and data security. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based blockchain deployment. Familiarity with REST APIs, integration with external databases (e.g., CouchDB, PostgreSQL). Exposure to enterprise use cases in identity, supply chain, or energy domains is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Certifications in Hyperledger or enterprise blockchain platforms (preferred but not mandatory). Experience with smart contract auditing and performance benchmarking tools.
