Job Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Supervise junior bar staff and oversee bar operations
- Maintain bar inventory and place orders for stock as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times
- Create and recommend new cocktails or drink specials
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism
- Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines
- Monitor wastage and help control beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and licensing laws
