Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Bartender / Bar Supervisor to manage daily bar operations. The ideal candidate must be skilled in creating cocktails, managing inventory, maintaining hygiene, and delivering an excellent guest experience. Must have strong communication skills, team management abilities, and be fluent in English. Prior experience in a fast-paced bar or property is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and supervise drinks & cocktails
- Manage bar staff and train junior bartenders
- Handle bar inventory and stock control
- Maintain bar hygiene and service standards
- Interact with guests and ensure a welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years bar experience
- Diploma in Bartending or Hotel Management (preferred)
- Fluent in English and good team leadership
