The Application Team at Urbint collaborates closely with product managers, user interface designers, and other engineering teams to create high-performing, user-friendly full-stack web applications that streamline the workflows and decision-making processes of customers. Tech Stack: - Python, Django - PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka - Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform Qualifications: - Substantial backend experience in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise web applications and/or APIs - Experience collaborating with product and account support teams to prioritize optimal solutions for significant challenges - Proficiency in designing and architecting systems to meet high standards of reliability and usability - Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify ambiguities in specifications - Effective communication skills to convey ideas and concepts within and across teams, as well as with non-technical audiences - Enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end features Nice to Have: - Familiarity with modern DevSecOps techniques such as CI/CD, TDD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), etc. - High proficiency in relational databases and the ability to profile and optimize queries - Production experience with Django Rest Framework, FastAPI, or other API frameworks Benefits: - Mission-driven work focused on making communities safer and more resilient - Competitive compensation package - Generous Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, including Mental Health Days - Medical Insurance coverage for self, spouse, 2 children, and parents/in-laws - Hybrid work model with 3 days at the office and 2 days remote,
