Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent tools.

• Drive quality across web portals, checklists, payment gateways, and API integrations.

• Leverage AI/ML techniques for test coverage optimization, defect prediction, and intelligent test prioritization.

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts including functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing.

• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to foster an agile and quality-focused environment.

• Maintain and update detailed test documentation including test cases, RTM, and defect logs.

• Participate actively in all phases of the release cycle to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments.

• Communicate progress, findings, and risk analysis effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.

• Use AI-based testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize) to enhance automation and coverage.

• Champion best practices in QA processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps integration.

• Continuously assess and improve QA workflows for maximum efficiency and reliability.

• Stay informed on the latest QA trends, tools, and innovations, especially in AI/ML-powered testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in automation testing roles.

• Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with at least one scripting language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Exposure to AI-enabled testing platforms such as Applitools, Mabl, Testim, or Functionize (preferred).

• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum processes, and SDLC.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools like JMeter and OWASP ZAP is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
