Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate (Inside Sales & Center Sales) at our Bilaspur location. The Senior Associate will be responsible for inside sales, customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, and account management. Daily tasks include engaging with potential students, understanding their needs, providing detailed information about our services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing relationships with enrolled students and maintaining account records. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Proficiency in Account Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the education sector is a plus,
