Job Description
Specific job responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Timely processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all invoices are coded accurately and matched to purchase orders. Prepare and present regular reports on AP. Adhere to internal or external reporting timelines. Support the annual external audit process by providing necessary documentation and information. Assist with the reconciliation of intercompany and prepaid accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records. Assist in implementation of on-going process improvements initiatives and driving change management by working with IT and other key stakeholders. An ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
