Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing architectural projects across different stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings.
• Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements.
• Prepare presentations using CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants during the project.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and resolve design issues.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and permits.
