Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to conceptualize and develop design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit Architecture and AutoCAD for drafting and design management.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and design teams, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven expertise in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD drafting.
- Strong people management and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in design management and conceptualization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
