As an Architect at our firm located in Kandivali West, Mumbai, you will be responsible for working on all stages of architectural projects with a team. This includes tasks such as designing, coordination, creating drawings from concept to working drawings, approval drawings, occasional site visits, attending meetings, and correspondence. Additionally, part of your role will involve guiding young Architects and interns to ensure the successful completion of projects. The projects you will be working on will encompass a variety of types including Infrastructure (Railway Stations), Residential, Institutional, Redevelopment, and Masterplanning. These projects will be spread across various locations in India, offering you a diverse and engaging work environment. To excel in this position, you should possess good communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong willingness to learn. Previous experience in Architecture projects is required, particularly in working drawings, municipal drawings, knowledge of regulations, detailing, and coordination. Your ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders will be crucial in delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
