We are seeking Architects & Interior Designers with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Sec-41, Noida. Responsibilities include: Concept Design: Preparation of plans, programming of building, elevations, sections, 3D Illustration & material selections. Schematics Design: Co-ordination of SMEP details, drawings with consultants, and other specialized consultants. Design Development: Detailed coordinated plans & elevation preparation. Tender Details: Preparation of Tender Drawings, BOQ/Specifications, quantification of materials, GCC & FFE Documents. GFC Drawings: Preparation of good for construction drawings for site execution. Qualifications & Experience: B. Arch with minimum 1 year of Industry experience. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Driven and passionate for excellence & innovation. Seeking committed individuals who can multitask, develop leadership skills, and collaborate effectively. Experience in Large scale Hospitality & Interior projects is an added advantage. Software Skills Required: AutoCAD Photoshop Sketchup MS Office A good command in AutoCAD is mandatory.
