Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Finalization of Accounts:
- Oversee finalization for company (Group) as well as Balance Sheets for Directors' and their family members.
- Manage Advance Tax Calculation for both company and Personal Taxes, along with Tax Audit related matters (e.g., preparing financial statements) and coordination with independent auditors.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly company Balance Sheets for review by independent financial consultants.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of computer-based accounting ERP software.
- Possess thorough knowledge of MIS.
Cost Audit:
- Handle cost audits annually, including submission of required documents and data to the cost auditor.
Group Gratuity Management:
- Independently manage Group Gratuity matters, ensuring complete oversight of renewals, gratuity claims, and maintaining communication with the Group Gratuity officer for updates on provisions and guidelines.
Bank Related Matters:
- Maintain complete records of DA invoices/documents drawn under LC and monitor availability of limits under fund and non-fund-based facilities.
- Manage monthly stock submissions and DP calculations as per current banking standards.
- Handle monthly/quarterly Bank compliance activities (QIS).
- Provide bank-related activities such as submission of CMA data for review or increase in banking facility/preparation of Directors' Form 135.
- Independently handle stock audits, including plant visits when required.
- Maintain day-to-day bank financial transactions.
GST Compliance:
- Possess strong knowledge of GST compliance.
Payroll & TDS:
- Prepare monthly Salary Statements for office and factory staff, manage staff income tax calculations, issue Salary Certificates/Form 16A, and handle TDS filing.
PF Management:
- Prepare monthly PF calculations and coordinate with the PF consultant for staff/worker PF claims or new member additions.
Desired Candidate :
- Candidate must have strong knowledge & relevant experience.
- Candidate must have good communication & must have handled the team.
- Candidate residing nearby Kandivali is preferred.
- Candidate from Pharma industry is preferred.
- Candidate should be ready to work for 6 days in a week (Saturday would be 1 hour early leaving)
