Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and other regulatory obligations.
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and intercompany transactions.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior accounting staff.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory filings.
