Expert Accountant (BUSY Software) Immigration & Consultancy Industry Location: Mohali (On-site preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Industry: Immigration & Overseas Education / Consultancy Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software and a proven track record in managing accounts for Immigration and Consultancy businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete accounts lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts using BUSY software Prepare and manage branch-wise accounting, TDS, GST, and bank reconciliations Handle multi-branch operations and inter-branch accounting Monitor and prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow Generate and review invoice billing, credit notes, and follow-up on receivables Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, ROC if applicable) Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and senior accountants for timely submissions and audits Requirements: Industry Experience in Immigration / Overseas Consultancy / Study Abroad firms is a must Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards Ability to handle multi-branch accounts and cost centre-wise reporting Excellent Excel skills for data handling and reporting Good communication skills to coordinate with operational and management teams Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
