Key Responsibilities:

? Thorough knowledge of TDS and GST compliance

? Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

? Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices

? Managing accounts payable and performing reconciliations

? Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements as per legal and company guidelines

? Reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other financial data

? Maintaining financial databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information

? Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports

? Supporting senior accountants in monthly/yearly financial closings

? Handling debtors follow-up & realization

? Assisting with various accounting projects as required

? Ensuring seamless workflow and keeping the reporting person informed about all accounting activities

Requirements:

? Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

? Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

? Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

? Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

? Effective communication and coordination skills
