Job Description
The manager/ Sr manager will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial reporting. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review in accordance with IND-AS. Additionally, you will develop and manage budgets, conduct variance analysis, and prepare financial forecasts. You will also be involved in tangible and intangible asset capitalization and ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns. Furthermore, you will develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. You will coordinate with auditors for internal, external, GST, and tax audits and ensure adherence to statutory compliances like GST, TDS, etc. Your role will also involve analyzing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving financial performance. Lastly, you will work closely with other departments to ensure effective financial management through cross-functional collaboration.,
