We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at our facility. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets. You will lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are efficiently followed. Your key responsibilities will include supervising, training, and managing security personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and maintaining a professional standard. You will monitor and enforce security protocols, including access control, patrols, and emergency response. Responding to and resolving security-related incidents, such as breaches, thefts, and disturbances, will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will operate and monitor security cameras, alarms, and surveillance equipment to maintain continuous security coverage. In this role, you will provide assistance to employees and visitors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while upholding professionalism. Conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implementing corrective measures as needed will be essential. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to safety and security. Coordinating emergency response procedures and ensuring readiness for crisis situations will be crucial aspects of the position. This is a full-time position located in person.
