You will be the Security Responsible at SATS Systme de Automobile et Technique de Siliana S.C.S, Org-Code: OE-TN-SIL-S2, playing a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing security operations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all security measures, fire protection systems, and emergency preparedness. - Acting as the primary liaison for security concerns, communicating with authorities and external stakeholders. - Ensuring regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of alarm and security systems. - Providing technical training and guidance to employees on security procedures and fire safety. - Managing security personnel, including staff scheduling and task delegation. - Evaluating the effectiveness of security measures and proposing continuous improvements. - Monitoring and verifying access permissions, credentials, and building entry. - Conducting routine patrols and security checks on premises. - Detecting and reporting potential security risks or breaches, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Overseeing the acquisition of security equipment and implementation of operational processes. - Acting promptly and effectively during emergency situations. - Handling hazardous materials safely in accordance with MSDS guidelines and ensuring proper chemical storage per compatibility regulations. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field. - Proficiency in IT tools and security-related technologies. - Strong command of English. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate security. - Preferred: Security Management Professional (CSMP) Certification.
