Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales professional to join our team, specializing in electronic security products such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire alarms, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and related solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in the security or safety systems domain, and be responsible for generating leads, handling key accounts, and closing deals across corporate, commercial, and government sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients for security product solutions.

  • Promote a wide range of security products: CCTV, DVR/NVR, biometric systems, access control, fire detection, public address systems, and integrated security solutions.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

  • Conduct product demos and technical discussions with clients.

  • Prepare quotations, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and participate in tender processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, facility managers, procurement heads, and consultants.

  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure proper solution fitment.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 27 years in sales of security systems, low voltage systems, or IT hardware.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Electronics, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong network within corporate, commercial, or government sectors.

  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage long sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic technical understanding of security systems.

  • Should be self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for sales.
