We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Security Manager to take charge of the security infrastructure within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing security policies, supervising security personnel, and ensuring the safety of our staff and assets. Responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard the organization. - Managing security budgets effectively and monitoring expenses related to security operations. - Recruiting, training, and supervising security officers and guards. - Attending manager meetings to coordinate security efforts across departments. - Planning and coordinating security operations for specific events. - Coordinating staff responses to emergencies and alarms. - Investigating and resolving security issues, as well as creating detailed reports for management. - Analyzing security data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Formulating proposals for the implementation of new technology or enhancements to existing security systems. Requirements and Skills: - Demonstrated experience as a Security Manager or in a similar position. - Proficiency in using relevant technology and equipment, such as CCTV systems. - Excellent knowledge of security protocols, emergency response planning, budgeting processes, and statistical data analysis. - Working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software for reporting and data management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - High school diploma required; further education in security administration or a related field is advantageous.
