Responsibilities: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets and personnel Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing training, coaching, and support as needed Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and coordinating with law enforcement and other relevant authorities as necessary Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents, investigations, and other security-related activities Stay up-to-date on security industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into security policies and practices as appropriate Manage relationships with third-party security providers as needed Requirements: A background in the military or law enforcement, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in security management Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with the ability to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective security solutions Knowledge of security industry standards and best practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations Familiarity with security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed,
