Job Description

Job Title: Security cum Society Manager Location: Sandhu Palace, Bandra (Mumbai) Reporting To: Managing Committee / Chairman / Secretary Key Responsibilities: Security Management: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the security personnel. Ensure proper entry/exit logs are maintained for residents, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure functionality of all security equipment. Maintain strict security protocols, including emergency response measures and visitor verification. Conduct regular drills for fire safety and evacuation in collaboration with local authorities if needed. Address and report any suspicious activity or security breaches immediately. Society Administration: Assist the Managing Committee in the day-to-day functioning of the society. Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, complaints, and services. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping staff, and contractors for upkeep and maintenance work. Handle correspondence, record-keeping, and support during AGM/EGM meetings. Maintain and update society documents such as member lists, maintenance dues, and notices. Resident & Staff Coordination: Be the point of contact for all residents for issues related to facilities, security, and staff. Manage attendance, work schedules, and performance of housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. Ensure staff discipline, hygiene, and compliance with society policies. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with municipal and housing society rules and regulations. Assist in managing audits, licenses, and statutory compliances relevant to housing societies. Key Requirements: Experience: 510 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential society or gated community. Qualification: Graduate (Preferred), with additional training in facility/security management a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Good communication (Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and report writing. Ability to handle crises and emergencies effectively.
