Job Description
Monitor and patrol premises regularly to maintain a secure environment. Control access points, verify identification, and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies promptly and professionally. Report security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activity to management. Enforce company policies and regulations regarding security and safety procedures. Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid if necessary. Operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication devices. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security protocols.
