Job Description Job Title: Manager Securitization Location: Pune Corporate Office HR Grade: SM/M Experience Required: 3-5 years in Accounts (preferably in NBFC) Qualification: "Chartered Accountant (CA)" Key Responsibilities: Securitization and Acquired Pool Remittance: Manage and oversee the process of securitization and remittance of acquired pools, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Expense Monitoring and Reconciliation: Monitor expenses and perform regular reconciliations to ensure financial integrity. Financial Closures: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Auditing: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. General Business Accounting: Handle general business accounting tasks, including financial reconciliation and reporting. Key Skills: Proficiency in NBFC Business Accounting and Financial Accounting. In-depth knowledge of Securitization processes. Experience with Finnone LMS. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.,
