Job Description
The working of a Section Incharge Includes Involvement in overall implementing and managing the goals and sales strategy as defined by Management Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated professional behavior with a basic understanding of operations viz; Inventory, Billing, Data reconciliation Basic understanding of jewelry / retail business and its calculations/ underlying/ breakups Completes the task on defined timelines and lead a team of 4-5 executives Plan store replenishments and manage inventory aging and conditions Perform periodic audits and ensure adequate documentation of each activity and guide/ motivates team members for high performance Key Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Highly motivated and confident personality Multi-tasking, positive thinking, team player and disciplined Trustworthy and loyal towards the company Customer service orientation and problem-solving The clear understanding of the business Team management, training and lateral thinking,
