Key Responsibilities:Manage And Respond To Emails, Coordinate Meetings, And Maintain Calendar Schedules.Assist In Documentation, Filing, Drafting Letters, And Follow-Ups.Handle Communication With Clients, Vendors, And Internal Teams Professionally.Prepare Presentations, Reports, And Data Summaries As Required.Provide Day-To-Day Administrative And Personal Support To The Director.Required Skills:Excellent Computer Proficiency (Ms Office, Email Platforms, Online Research).Strong Verbal And Written Communication In English And Hindi.Well-Groomed And Presentable Personality.Ability To Handle Confidential Matters With Discretion.Quick Learner With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.
