Job Description
As a SCADA Engineer at Diligent Automation, you will play a crucial role in designing, programming, testing, and commissioning SCADA systems for industrial automation projects. Your responsibilities will include creating efficient and scalable code using C#, Java, and SQL, troubleshooting complex issues in SCADA systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with PLC systems and other automation technologies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field along with at least 3 years of hands-on SCADA development experience. Strong programming skills in C#, Java, and SQL, familiarity with industrial communication protocols, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, expertise in software such as Wonderware, AVEVA, WinCC, FactoryTalk, or Genesis is required. While experience with HMI development, knowledge of automation standards, and best practices are considered advantageous, freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and teamwork abilities to deliver high-quality solutions and work on innovative projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
