Job Description: Are you an experienced SAP professional with a passion for teaching We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions across all SAP modules. This role involves designing and conducting engaging training programs for clients ranging from individual users to corporate teams. Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct live offline training sessions on SAP modules. Content Development: Create, update, and customize training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises tailored to specific client needs and SAP module requirements. Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their training requirements and tailor sessions to address specific business processes and objectives. Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participant progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback and follow-up to ensure comprehension and application of SAP concepts. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP updates, tools, and industry best practices to ensure the training content remains current and relevant. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP consulting or training, with a demonstrated history of successful training delivery. Expertise: Proven experience with SAP across multiple modules, with a strong grasp of system functionalities, processes, and best practices. Certification: SAP certification(s) in relevant modules preferred, with a preference for individuals who have a well-rounded certification portfolio. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly. Technical Skills: Proficient in using virtual training platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of how to deliver effective online training.
