You will create training materials, deliver interactive sessions, and provide post-training support to participants. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in SAP FICO and Materials Management, along with training and business process consulting skills. Experience in developing training materials and delivering interactive sessions is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Collaboration with team members and participants is key to success in this position. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a training role would be advantageous.
