organisation's needsAbout Us: At TestDel, we are growing rapidly and are seeking a talented Tester/QA professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our dynamic team. As a vital contributor to our projects, you will report to the Test Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery in all phases of testing. Role Overview: As a Tester/QA Professional, your primary focus will be managing and testing the SAP SuccessFactors security model setup within the QA environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, security concepts, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Security Model Setup: Design, configure, and validate security roles and permissions within SAP SuccessFactors. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define access controls and data protection mechanisms. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases for SAP SuccessFactors. Perform thorough testing to ensure correct role-based permissions and access control. Conduct regression testing and validate security setups post-upgrades or system changes. Ensure comprehensive coverage by adhering to defined test plans and strategies. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, providing support to end-users. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of security configurations, test cases, and test results. Report defects and work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely resolution. Person Specification: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Requirements: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors security model setup, including role-based permissions (RBP). In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, and others. Proven expertise in quality assurance practices and testing methodologies in SAP systems. Strong knowledge of security concepts, compliance, and governance in enterprise systems. Preferred Skills: SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable. Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
