Technical Competencies: Good knowledge of SAP technical background (landscape, environment, transport orders etc), different stages of SAP projects (run, deployments, testing.etc). Knowledge and experience in managing the release deployment activities, preferably using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) is desirable. Experience in supporting the Solution Manager, preferably through Solution Manager (ChaRM) to maintain the SAP system landscape setup. Experience with STMS monitoring & return code analysis is desirable. Working knowledge in Installation, maintenance and housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager. Working knowledge of end to end Software Development Life cycle (SDLC), ITIL and Release Management process. Proficiency with various software applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and Excel. Areas of responsibility: Experience with SAP release planning, communication, scope preparation, validation, co-ordinate testing activities, and release deployments to ensure that changes are safely migrated into Production environment. Should be involved in the SAP Release Management activities to handle the transports movement throughout the landscape with different SAP components. Should have inter-personal skills to work with various projects & business stakeholders in handling the release management activities. Team player & ability to complete tasks within required quality and timescale. Ability to work under pressure and to agreed deadlines. Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience.,
