Job Description
As a SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SuccessFactors PMGM solutions for global organizations. Your role will involve working on business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating these requirements into system configuration objects. You will also be involved in creating solution designs, providing consulting services on HCM best practices, and helping clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions. To excel in this role, you must be certified in SuccessFactors PMGM and have experience with at least two implementations and support projects in SuccessFactors PMGM. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should have a deep understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, data modeling, and XML knowledge. You will need to prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts, ensuring that configurations align with solution designs and business requirements. A strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments is crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a graduate or post-graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience. You should be capable of handling projects independently and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.,
